REEDO™ WATER REPELLENT FOR SHOWER ENCLOSURES:
The Reedo™ glass protection system is an innovative, Nanotechnology protective barrier which is applied to most Reedo™ shower enclosures and screens as standard.
REEDO™ WATER REPELLENT BENEFITS:
Creates a 'non-stick' surface
Resists lime scale build-up and water spots
Easier to clean and keep clean
Maintains the pristine appearance for longer time
Hinders bacteria growth for a more hygienic environment
THE PROBLEM WITH UNTREATED GLASS:
The surface of glass is not completely smooth; under a microscope glass has a rough surface of peaks and potholes. Water, lime scale and mineral salts can quickly build up in this uneven surface causing permanent staining and damage.
HOW REEDO™ WATER REPELLENT WORKS:
Reedo™ Water Repellent is a Nano- molecules chemically fuse with the surface of glass and acts as a long lasting protective barrier. The hydrophobic or repellent properties stop lime scale and other residue from bonding to the glass. It is completely transparent, non-hazardous and unlike traditional coating applications, REEDO™ Water Repellent will never discolor, peel or crack.
KINDER TO THE ENVIRONMENT:
Typically REEDO™ Water Repellent reduces the frequency of cleaning by half. Just like 'non-stick' cookware, the maintenance of REEDO™ Water Repellent protected glass does not require harsh and abrasive cleaning chemicals which can be expensive and damaging to the environment.
CARE AFTER APPLICATION:
REEDO™ Water Repellent glass can be cleaned with any suitable nonabrasive glass cleaner; the coating will not be damaged. Avoid surfactants and heavily perfumed products. Vinegar and water based products are very effective. Do not use abrasive scrubbing cleaners or equipment for cleaning. For Ordering please call on +91 9900077100 or write to email@example.com

How does NeverWet® work?
It’s all about something called the “contact angle” of liquids on surfaces. The NeverWet® formula makes water droplets form a contact angle of up to 165 degrees, which is more than three times the contact angle of a surface that is not treated. When liquids hit untreated surfaces, they pool on the surface like a deflated ball, so the surfaces becomes saturated. But, when water, ice and mud hit a NeverWet® treated surface, the higher contact angle makes the liquids form nearly perfect spheres, like marbles of water. Those little marbles of liquid quickly roll off the surface, leaving it clean and dry.
Where can you use NeverWet®?
You can apply it to almost any surface like wood, concrete, metal, aluminum, galvanized metal, asphalt, masonry, PVC, vinyl siding, paper, plastic and more. You can also apply it to canvas, fabric and leather. NeverWet even protects surfaces from thicker, water-based liquids like juices, ketchup, syrups, and other water-based condiments.
How do you apply NeverWet®?
It’s a simple two-step process. First, you spray on the NeverWet Base Coat and let it dry for 30 minutes. Second, you apply one to two coats of the NeverWet Top Coat and let it dry. NeverWet is clear when it goes on the surface and it dries to a frosted haze. Surfaces can be exposed to water in as little as 30 minutes after the second Top Coat application. It is fully cured in 12 hours. When water no longer beads or rolls off the surface, apply again.
Is NeverWet® abrasion resistant?
NeverWet treatments resist normal wear and tear. However, on surfaces with excessive abrasion, like a walking surface or a shovel blade, the treatment will wear faster and require re-treatment sooner.
How do you clean and care for items treated with NeverWet®?
With a common garden hose. That’s probably all you’ll need to leave surfaces clean and dry. Detergents, soap, oil, solvents or high-pressure water, plus severe abrasion, will reduce performance quicker.
What is the right working temperature for applying?
Apply when surface temperatures are between 50°F and 90°F.
Can NeverWet® be painted over?
No, anything applied over the top coat will completely eliminate the water repelling properties.
Can you use NeverWet® on fabric?
It adheres to most fabrics and repels liquids. NeverWet dries to a light, hazy finish. It will be more evident on darker colors. Test NeverWet in an inconspicuous spot before applying to the entire surface. Apply a heavier coating of the base coat around fabric seams to prevent moisture escape.
Can you use it on auto glass?
No. It dries to a light, hazy film, not crystal clear. NeverWet® is NOT recommended for use on windshields or glass substrates.
